CAR RENTAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Documents necessary for car rent

Driver’s licence B category (driving experience no less than 3 years)
Identity card

The Owner must

1. Deliver the automobile within the established terms, on time and in a good technical condition;
2. Offer the client a test-drive;
3. Present the client all the documents needed for the car rent: technical certificate, inspection certificate, assurance, etc. ;
4. Check the documents presented by the client while signing the contract;
5. Deliver the automobile clean on the inside and on the outside;
6. Supply the automobile with season tires;
7. Inform the General Police Inspectorate in case the rented automobile has been applied any fines to, while being rented;

The Renter must:

1. Respect the traffic rules of the Republic of Moldova;
2. Use the automobile appropriately, according to its destination and technical characteristics;
3. Use the automobile with care and turn it in to the owner in the same technical state as it was when rented;
4. Maintain the good technical of the automobile for the whole renting period;
5. Drive the automobile in person and only within the region stated in the contract;
6. Keep the automobile safe, if he is not using it during the renting period;
7. Not transport objects that exceed the permitted weight;
8. Not drive while alcohol or drug intoxicated;
9. Turn in the automobile on time according to the contract terms, in a good technical state;
10. Reimburse the cost of lost property, of document restoration, or any other real damage, as well as the loss of 11. profit, which will make 1,5 of the daily charge, for each day of automobile retention, for the whole period needed to eliminate the reasons of automobile retention.

Settlement procedure

1. Discounts are produced in Moldovan leis, according to the National Bank of Moldova exchange rate;
2. The Renter must pay the automobile rent while signing the rent contract;
3. In order for the contract terms to be properly respected, a guarantee named pledge will be used;
4. The pledge will be deposited by the renter while signing the contract;
5. The Renter will pay the fines applied during the renting period;
6. The company does not take responsibility for the renter’s fines applied during the renting period;
7. Additional accessories will be paid by the renter separately, while signing the contract (wi-fi, baby car seat, GPS navigator, etc) .
